Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DILLON JOSHUA ALAN. We want you to be completely satisfied with every order, and we are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Perishable seafood

Many of our products are perishable seafood shipped frozen. Because these items cannot be resold after delivery, we are unable to accept returns of perishable goods that have been delivered in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.

How to start a return

Email us at service@wearvona.shop with your order number and the reason for the return, or call +61 7 4770 9147. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Because we prepare and pack perishable products quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at service@wearvona.shop or +61 7 4770 9147. Once an order has been dispatched, our return and refund conditions above apply.
